The Art of Natalia Osipova

With the three classic full-length performances of "Giselle", "Swan Lake" and "La Fille mal gardée", all filmed at London's Royal Opera House, this collection showcases the versatility and indomitable energy of Natalia Ossipowa's performances, as well as the breadth of her dancing and acting skills. The collection concludes with the documentary "Force of Nature Natalia". It provides an intimate glimpse into Ossipowa's work, such as while she prepares to dance some of the most demanding roles in classical ballet or how she works with some of today's leading choreographers on brand-new works. The film also shows footage from the ballerina's own archive, documenting her rise from a dancer in her childhood to a superstar ballerina.
