Cancellation policy & cancellation form
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. Consumers are natural persons who place an order for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the last item or the last partial delivery. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Naxos Deutschland Musik & Video Vertriebs GmbH, Gruber Str. 46b, 85586 Poing, email: info@naxos.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a statement in text form (for example, a letter, fax or email that can be stored permanently). You may use the model cancellation form available here — its use is recommended but is not mandatory. You meet the deadline if you send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period expires (for example, by posting the letter or sending the email in time).
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. Unless otherwise agreed, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence of their return, such as a shipping confirmation. You must return or hand over the goods to us within 14 days of withdrawing. You meet the deadline if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You bear the cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed. You are liable only for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods (for example, damage or use beyond what is necessary for testing).
Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires early for audio or video recordings (such as CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays or vinyl) supplied in their original sealed packaging if you remove the seal after delivery.
General information
Avoid damaging or soiling the goods to prevent loss in value. Return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use sturdy outer packagingto prevent damage in transit. If the original packaging is no longer available, use equivalent protective packaging. Do not return goods with postage unpaid (for example, cash on delivery). We do not cover postage charges for such shipments. These instructions are not a condition for validly exercising your right of withdrawal.
