The work is complemented by selected orchestral songs, which were performed at the Richard Strauss Festival in Garmisch-Partenkirchen by the Munich Radio Orchestra under the direction of Rémy Ballot, featuring soprano Joo-Anne Bitter. The program combines "Aus Italien" with the orchestral songs "Ich liebe Dich," "Mein Auge," "Meinem Kinde," "Winterweihe," and "Morgen!".
