The main discrepancies that caught Di Lallo's attention primarily concerned the tempos, although he also noted that pianists often changed the dynamics and phrasing as well. \n    \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n    \n\n    \n    \u003cp\u003e\n        To celebrate the tenth anniversary of the publication of Glass's Etudes, Di Lallo selected a number of pieces and attempted to remain as faithful as possible to the composer's original intentions. Using a scholarly approach, he adhered strictly to the score to maintain the tempos, dynamics, and phrasing exactly as written. His goal was to restore the work to its original spirit and present the etudes in their most authentic form, creating a kind of reset point after ten years of various \"personal\" interpretations.\n
